What are usage rates?

Our pricing is designed to be both premium and fair. Instead of locking you into expensive flat-rate tiers like many providers, we keep your subscription simple and let usage scale only with your activity. The small usage rates you see — fractions of a cent for texts, a penny or two for calls, just over half a dollar for a fully transcribed AI-handled conversation — are direct pass-through costs from communication carriers and service providers. Most clients spend only a few dollars to a few dozen dollars each month, often less than the value of a single booked job.

This model makes our system far more affordable than competitors while still delivering enterprise-grade features like AI receptionists that answer in real time, instant lead qualification, multi-channel messaging, and full call summaries right in your inbox. You get world-class automation and responsiveness without the bloated price tags of traditional “all-you-can-eat” plans.

  • Toll-free phone number: $2.26 / month

Voice Calls

  • Inbound calls (answered via app/softphone): $0.012 / minute

  • Inbound calls (answered via phone line): $0.021 / minute

  • Outbound calls (U.S./Canada): $0.021 / minute

Note: Calls are billed in full minute increments

Call Enhancements

  • Call recording: $0.0026 / minute

  • Recording storage: $0.0005 / minute / month

  • Call transcription: $0.038 / minute

  • Advanced transcript & summary add-on: $0.053 / minute

Messaging (Phone Numbers)
